Pregnancy Without OvulationIn life, we have a lot of different concerns, especially when it comes to some of the life-changing issues that we encounter. Unfortunately, not all of them are the best things for us at all times, so it's great to be knowledgeable regarding some of them. For women, one of the biggest issues would happen to be pregnancy. Furthermore, many women are not exactly well-versed in what it takes to get pregnant, although they may have gotten the primary information down. Pregnancy is one of the best experience in a woman's life, but sometimes a woman may not be ready, or she just wants to know more about the subject in the event that it may happen. One of the biggest questions that many women ask would be along the lines of, "can I get pregnant without ovulating?" This is a question that's long been debated. It's a bit hard to attack this question, as there are a couple different answers. In short, the answer is no, a woman cannot get pregnant unless she is ovulating. By definition, this is the time when a woman's egg is released, and is primed for insemination. On the other side of the coin, it's noteworthy to state that semen can live inside of a woman for a number of days, and lay dormant until the woman releases the egg. So, it's kind of a convoluted matter in a sense, although upon further investigation, this is an issue that's easily combated for the woman who's curious. For the woman who may be concerned or trying to become pregnant, they should be aware of when their ovulation period is, and time accordingly. Since the sperm can last in the body for up to a week, it may be a little difficult to determine, but should be taken into account in whatever case. If a woman understands the cycles of her body, not only will she understand her peak periods, but also know how to prevent the matter if she needs to.
